"I wanted to share my experience that I had with Mr. Brian Testa, State Farm Agent. As a Nassau County Driver, I have been insured with Progressive Auto Insurance for the past 3 and a half years. I have kept my driver's license clean and expected that my monthly fees would reflect that. On the contrary, when the six-month period of being insured with Progressive was to renew, my rates increased by yet another $60.00 monthly, with the total of $575.00 per month. When I called Progressive Customer Service to inquire why this was happening, the only response that I received was that I, as an individual, am responsible for driving violations committed by others in my area. Not liking this explanation, I reached out to State Farm to explore my options. The State Farm Agent who assisted me was Mr. Brian Testa. He treated me with respect and was empathetic to my situation. As it turns out, my auto insurance rate dropped down to $270.00 monthly after making the switch to State Farm. Needless to say, I am super grateful for the courteous service that I had encountered during my transition. In addition, I plan to return to State Farm for my future insurance needs. I would like to thank Mr. Testa who utilized the 3 Ps while assisting me: Patience; Professionalism; and juat being Pleasant. Thank You so very much.
